The year was 1939. Viktor Keller, a young man from berlin was forced to join the SS when the second world war began. After two years of fighting the war, he was sent to work as a security guard at Auschwitz. After weeks of seeing innocent people being tortured and killed, he decided to take matters in his own hands and started freeing a group of inmates to help him fight. He had then armed himself and the group of inmates with pistols and rifles and began their attack against the Nazis and free as many prisoners as they could.
After a fierce battle with the Nazi soldiers, he was successful in helping many of them escape however he was captured before he himself could escape with the other inmates. After his capture, he was deemed a traitor to the Nazis and they brutally tortured him for a week before having him shot to death.
After his execution and being thrown in a pit of decaying bodies, he was resurrected by an extraordinary being imprisoned inside an ancient medallion that Viktor inherited from his dying father before the war had started. The being claimed to be some kind of demi-god who then bestowed to him unique abilities so that he could continue fighting and saving lives
